Hi! I found that exact same recipe earlier this winter and have been making it quite frequently. My husband and I love it! Instead of the parsley I use chopped chives and also like to add a little dollop of sour cream to my bowl right before eating it. We also like to serve it in Panera Bread sourdough bread bowls! Yum!
ReplyDeleteYum!! I may have to give this a try!
