Last night instead of going home the nurses snuck us in a room so we didn't have to be far from Alexcyn. While the room is small and my back may never be the same I am greatfull for all the wonderfull people in this hospital. Today we gave Brooke a middle name (Janae) which means gift from God. She was truly a gift from God even if we did not get to watch her grow. She will forever be in our hearts. As for Alexcyn she is holding her own for now. There has really been no change. We are just trying to do as much research as we can and ask a lot of questions. Pray we do and say the right things to make Alexcen's life as easy and painless as possible.

ReplyDeleteWe are glad to hear you are being so well taken care of. We have your website up at all times, so that we may know how you are doing, and know how to pray for you. We will continue to pray for strength and healing for sweet baby Alexcyn, and for wisdom, discernment and comfort for you. We will also pray that any decisions you have to make will be shown to you with complete clarity, that any guesswork will be totally removed, and that your answers will bring you peace. When my Dad's fate was uncertain in his battle with cancer, our family was led over and over again to this verse: Psalm 27:13-14 "I am still confident of this: I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord." May you see the Lord's goodness clearly and abundantly today. We love you.
